I began using this one a while back for the majority of the lead capture forms on my site.

MailMunch has a premium version that comes with a variety of unique style options, but I opted for the free version – I just needed a simple box and a few colors I could tweak.

This tool works perfectly with MailerLite and ConvertKit.

In fact, when I made the move from MailerLite to ConvertKit, I only needed to adjust the lead capture forms rather than dig through my entire website to update every single call-to-action box.

I still use MailMunch so if I outgrow ConvertKit, I can still conveniently update all the lead capture forms on my site.

Bloom

This lead capture tool comes standard with Divi and if your email service provider is compatible, it should be perfect for you.

I don’t personally have it set up because the last time I checked, it didn’t work quite the way I wanted with ConvertKit.

I’ll be honest – missing out on the lead capture boxes customization options was a bummer.

If you’re already using the Divi theme or pagebuilder, it’s already accessible with your Elegant Themes subscription.

With this option already in place, you shouldn’t have any reason to invest in any other tool.

Easy Content Upgrades

I desperately wanted to love this premium plugin and I did… for a while.

I love the way it scans for subscribers already on my list and blocks them from having to go through the double opt-in process.

However, it wasn’t enough for me to overlook the other glitches.

Some tags weren’t always being applied and folks were getting stuck in the system.

I spent so much time answering emails and playing the role of tech support that I eventually gave up on this plugin altogether.

However, I still rely on it for locking my freebie library page. If your model is fairly simple and you don’t fully utilize tags and segments or funnel everyone into a single list – Easy Content Upgrades could be a wonderful plugin for you.

PopUp Ally

This tool has absolutely gorgeous email popup boxes.

However, the free version is quite limited, so you’ll want to go ahead and invest in the Pro version which will run you $99/yr. The Pro option comes packed with amazing features like surveys, reader decision points, video popups, and split testing – just to name a few.

If you need a lead capture form plugin loaded with benefits, then it’s definitely the way to go.

As you can tell, these WordPress plugins vary in price and bring different features to the table.

After comparing the features, grab the plugin that best fits the needs of your business and budget and install it on your site.

If you’re still hesitant to make a decision, take some of the low cost or free versions for a test drive.
